Payment Methods
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You may pay by money order, cashiers check or personal check; however, we will wait for the check to clear before processing your order.
Shipping
Orders are processed quickly when paid by credit card. When items are in stock, orders are shipped within 24 hours. We do not keep every item in every color, size and style in stock. We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping. We do not insure packages but offer this service at your request and expense. We will gladly research the best possible rates for any large order. Free shipping for orders over $100.
Reorders
Reorders are priced the same as the original orders as long as they are exactly the same as the original order. Please provide us with your order number. Art will be kept on file for 2 (two) years from the last order.
Cancellations/Returns and Changes
The customized, personalized nature of our products and our short delivery cycle dictate that cancellations and returns are NOT permissible. Requests for changes will be accommodated when possible and may involve an additional fee.
Guarantee
We guarantee to replace any item that is defective in materials or workmanship free of charge. Requests for return authorization of products deemed by us to be defective must be made within 30 days of invoice date. For all apparel, we use name brand quality products, including but not limited to Hanes, Delta Apparel, Gildan, Anvil, Jerzees, and Fruit of the Loom.
We will accept NO responsibility for manufacturers inability to supply merchandise.
